Setting up erWin Online

Before using erWin Online for the first time, please check if on your PC (operating system: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Intel Pentium Processor: 266 MHz, 32 MB RAM, 17 inch monitor recommended) the following programs are installed. If not, you can download them free of charge from the Internet and install them on your PC.

• Microsoft Internet Explorer (from Version 5)
  Note: In the menu "Tools/Internet options/Security/Change level…", Cookies and JavaScript (two entries each) must be activated.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.1.X
• Adobe SVG Viewer

To be able to use documents via erWin Online it is important to use the current version of the above mentioned Adobe Acrobat Reader. Without this programme, PDF documents cannot be opened under the "Search" menu item.
